This weekend we're expecting our first hot weather---I'm not looking forward to it--we're having some friends over to grill steaks and burgers---I'm just really not looking forward to the heat.

Perfect easy recipe for summer or hot weather: Raspberry Iced Tea!

I make home made raspberry iced tea---everyone loves it so I make lots---I make hot tea using 2 bags of tetley tea and 4 bags of Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Gardens, Green Tea (it's divine) I make it a pot at a time add a little brown sugar and let it steep covered for several hours then refrigerate until it's time to serve--instead of ice cubes I use frozen raspberries ----I'm telling you people kill for my raspberry iced tea! They end up drinking gallons!!
